Our premises, pizzeria and restaurant, are divided into 2 very large rooms and a summer dehors.

As soon as you enter you will notice the bar, the gluten free pizza oven, and most of all the big wood-fired oven. 

The second room, called “aquarium”, is very large and well lit, characterized by mural decor about the ocean floor.

The pizzeria offers different kinds of pizza with several types of dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Since autumn 2010 we also offer Focaccia al Formaggio, important news for all pizza lovers.

We offer pizza, focaccia and calzone prepared with VIVA 100% local wholegrain flour, ground with lava stone, VIVA 100% local cereal dough with seeds, and VIVA yeast free dough with 100% local 0 flour ground with lava stone. For dough we use brewer’s yeast.

The Pizzeria has an outside dehors for summer, and a/c in the indoor areas, in order to enjoy a pleasant fresh temperature even in the hottest nights.

La Bitta is open every day from 7pm to midnight. We are closed on Tuesdays.

We are the right destination after a day on your boat (we are just 50 meters away from the harbor), after a stroll on the promenade, after a day at the beach.

Not only Pizzeria, La Bitta is also a restaurant. Among the restaurants in Chiavari, our cuisine is characterized by simple, traditional dishes of Liguria, tasty but never heavy. We also attend refresher courses by chefs and master pizza makers.

You can find an à la carte menu and the day specials with deserts all prepared by us, by hand. 

All our dishes can be prepared without gluten and lactose, both for pizza/focaccia and for express cuisine, gastronomy and dessert.

The pizzeria and cuisine are also addressed to a vegetarian and vegan clients.

We are just 50 meters away from the railways station (to the east) and in front of the big Colmata Mare parking area.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

La Bitta is a place to have dinner and drink with friends. We accept Visa credit cards and we welcome dogs!
